We've identified 3 known issues that can affect the 2019 Bugatti Divo. 2 of these are serious faults that could be expensive to repair.
Bugatti recalled certain 2019–2020 Divo and Chiron models due to a potential rear left-hand driveshaft breakage. A broken driveshaft could result in parts detaching and becoming a road hazard. The fix involves inspection and replacement of the driveshaft if necessary. This recall must be completed and documented.
The Divo shares the Chiron's 1,500 bhp W16 engine with its associated maintenance requirements. Oil leaks, turbo service, and cooling system integrity are all ongoing concerns. The Divo's more aggressive driving focus may accelerate wear on these components.
The Divo features unique suspension tuning and aerodynamic elements not shared with the Chiron. These bespoke components — including unique dampers, springs, and aero actuators — are produced in very small numbers and are extremely expensive to replace. The active rear wing and front splitter have Divo-specific calibration.
