2017 Audi A3 2.0L Petrol · DU17 AGO

The vehicle currently presents a good roadworthiness status with a clear trend of improving mechanical stability. The most recent inspection conducted in March 2026 at 56,257 miles passed with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a successful test in March 2025 after a previous failure. The transition from recorded failures to a clean test sheet suggests that the owner has been proactive in addressing mechanical issues once identified by the tester. The mileage pattern remains consistent with light usage for a nine-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 6,250 miles per year. Between March 2024 and March 2025, the car covered 6,385 miles, while it covered 8,275 miles in the subsequent year leading up to the 2026 test. This steady, low annual mileage typically indicates less wear on drivetrain components and suspension bushings, though periods of shorter use can sometimes lead to dry rotting of rubber components or surface corrosion on brake discs. While the current record is clean, the recorded failures in March 2024 and March 2025 indicate specific faults that required immediate rectification. Since the provided data does not detail the exact reasons for those failures, a physical inspection must verify the condition of components most prone to failure, such as brake lines, suspension mounts, and emissions. A buyer should check for signs of uneven tyre wear or the state of the chassis to ensure that the low mileage has not resulted in neglected degradation of perishable rubber parts.
