2016 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.6L Diesel · DV16 AHL

The 2025‑07‑07 MOT at 64,769 miles confirms the Vauxhall Vivaro remains fully roadworthy, with the tester recording zero defects. The three consecutive tests from August 2023 through July 2025 show a consistent pass rate, indicating a stable maintenance record without emerging faults. At roughly 6,500 miles per year the vehicle’s odometer reflects typical usage for a ten‑year‑old commercial van, and the incremental increases of 1,811 miles between August 2023 and July 2024 and 591 miles between July 2024 and July 2025 demonstrate steady, non‑accelerated accumulation. A buyer should therefore focus on the suspension bushes and coil springs for wear, examine the brake calipers and discs for binding or scoring, inspect the chassis and underbody for structural rust or corrosion, and verify the condition of the exhaust system and emissions output, as these components commonly develop issues even when MOTs record no defects. While the documented history shows no recorded faults, a thorough in‑person assessment of these mechanical areas is essential to confirm the vehicle’s true condition before purchase.
