The most recent MOT on 2026-03-07 confirmed the vehicle passed with no defects recorded. The 2019 and 2018 MOTs also showed no issues, indicating a consistent history of compliance. All tests were conducted within a narrow mileage range (9,195 to 9,425 miles), suggesting minimal usage over the past eight years. The vehicle’s age (39 years) and recorded mileage (9,425 miles) imply very low annual usage—approximately 242 miles per year. This could reflect either careful, infrequent use or extended periods of inactivity. While low mileage often correlates with reduced wear on moving parts, it may also increase risks of component degradation, such as corrosion, rubber aging, or fluid stagnation. The MOT history shows no evidence of recurring defects, issues, or failing tests. The trend in compliance is stable, with no indication of worsening conditions. However, the lack of recorded defects does not rule out potential hidden risks associated with long-term inactivity, such as seized mechanisms or deteriorated seals. A buyer should prioritize inspecting the chassis and underbody for corrosion, checking fluid levels and condition (brake fluid, coolant, oil), and testing the battery and electrical systems.
