2011 Victory Vegas 1.7L Petrol · K11 CCV

The vehicle presents a stable roadworthiness profile based on a consistent history of clean MOT passes. The most recent test conducted on 8 October 2022 at 17,683 miles resulted in no recorded defects or advisories. This suggests that the vehicle has maintained a high standard of presentation throughout its service life with no recurring mechanical failures or structural weaknesses being flagged by the DVSA testers. The mileage pattern is exceptionally low for a fifteen-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 1,179 miles per year. The data shows significant gaps in usage, such as the 1,061 miles covered between the May 2017 and October 2022 tests. Another gap of 5,451 miles occurred between March 2016 and 2017. While this low mileage reduces wear and tear on the drivetrain and suspension components, it also indicates long periods of stationary which can lead to degradation of rubber components rather than mechanical friction. A buyer must focus on the age-related degradation upon physical inspection, as the MOT record does not highlight specific mechanical faults. Check for dry rot in tyre sidewalls, perished bushings, and seized brake calipers which are common in low-mileage cars that sit idle. Inspect the underbody for surface corrosion on the chassis and exhaust system, as low use does not prevent environmental oxidation over a and a half decades. Ensure fluids have remained fresh during the long intervals between use to prevent internal engine wear.
