The nearside rear anti-roll bar linkage bracket and bush need checking, as does the condition of the parking brake mechanism and the ABS and SRS systems, both of which were showing active warning lamps. The driver's door hinge and all seat belt buckles, which were flagged as damaged or missing, also need physical verification. The presence of underbody coatings and dirt noted by the tester may be concealing further corrosion, so a thorough inspection on a lift is essential before any purchase decision.
