2015 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.6L Diesel · CX65 VTF

The Vauxhall Vivaro presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 13 November 2025 at 64,383 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken run of clean results across the available history. The upkeep pattern shows no worsening faults and no recurring advisories on suspension, brakes, or structure. Recorded mileage sits at 64,383 against an eleven-year lifespan, equating to roughly 5,853 miles per year. The van is low-use for its age. Annual increments are gentle: 45,045 miles in November 2022, 53,935 in November 2023, 58,002 in October 2024, and 64,383 in November 2025. The only anomaly is a failed test on 8 November 2022 at 45,044 miles with no defects listed, immediately cleared by a pass one day later at 45,045 miles. That suggests an administrative or procedural rejection rather than a mechanical fault. Given the clean sheet across four successive passes, the record implies a previous owner who kept basic consumable and mechanical checks current. Low standing mileage can still mask perished rubber bushes, corroded brake pipes, or dormant caliper seizure not surfaced in a stationary test. A buyer should physically verify underside structural integrity, suspension arm condition, and brake disc wear before purchase. No recurring tyre, exhaust, or emissions issues appear in the data. The absence of advisories means the van avoided the minor-wear neglect seen on many light vans. Inspect for moisture ingress and intermittent electrical faults, as these fall outside MOT scope yet affect Vivaro reliability.
