2005 Dodge (usa) 8.3L Petrol · KT05 VRD

The vehicle demonstrates a consistently stable roadworthiness record, evidenced by four consecutive successful MOT tests with no recorded defects. The most recent inspection on 30 August 2025 confirmed the vehicle was roadworthy at 12,799 miles, indicating a positive and consistent maintenance trend over a period spanning from 2008 to 2025. There is no indication of recurring mechanical failures or a worsening condition in the suspension, braking system, or structural integrity. The mileage progression is notably low for a 2005 model, with the total recorded distance reaching 12,799 miles. This low usage suggests either light daily use or extended periods of storage. The gaps between tests are substantial, with the most recent inspection occurring in August 2025 and the previous one in 2011, showing a steady, predictable accumulation of usage rather than rapid wear or neglect. Despite the clean MOT history, a buyer should inspect the vehicle thoroughly. Given the age of the vehicle, attention should be paid to potential corrosion, particularly around the sills and wheel arches. A physical check of the suspension components, including coil springs and suspension bushes, is recommended to ensure they are in good condition. Furthermore, as the vehicle has seen minimal mileage, checking the condition of the brake discs and pads and the tyre tread depth is essential.
