2007 Peugeot 207 M:play 1.4L Other · REZ 1488

This vehicle presents an exceptionally stable roadworthiness profile. The most recent MOT on 18 October 2025 at 97,711 miles resulted in a clean pass with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a consistent five-year trend of clean passes dating back to September 2021, indicating a vehicle that has been maintained to a high standard or has suffered very little wear. The mileage is notably low for a nineteen year old car, averaging roughly 5,143 miles per year. The accumulation has remained steady over the last few years, growing from 77,593 miles in September 2021 to 97,711 miles by October 2025. This suggests regular, light use rather than long periods of standing, which typically helps preserve rubber components and prevents seals from drying out. Despite the clean MOT record, the age of the vehicle necessitates a physical check of specific areas the DVSA tester may not have flagged as critical. A buyer should inspect the chassis and sills for surface corrosion, as structural rust often develops regardless of mileage on older Peugeots. Checking the condition of the suspension bushes and coil springs is also advisable, as these perish over time due to age even if they remain functional during a test. The absence of any advisories regarding brake discs or tyre tread over the last five years is unusual for a car of this vintage. It implies a proactive approach to maintenance by the previous owner. A manual check of the brake pedal feel and a visual inspection of the fluid levels would confirm if this level of care extended beyond the basic requirements of the annual test.
