2017 Ford Fiesta 1.0L Petrol · YK66 AAB

The 2017 Ford Fiesta stands as roadworthy per the latest examination. On 1 July 2025 at 42,305 miles, the tester passed the vehicle with no defects recorded. The maintenance trend is stable, showing consecutive passes from September 2022 onward and no advisories on suspension, brakes, or structure. A failed test on 10 September 2022 at 26,601 miles listed no defects; five days later the car passed at 26,653 miles, indicating a procedural anomaly rather than a mechanical fault. Mileage sits low against the nine-year age. The record logs 26,601 miles in September 2022, 32,688 by 14 September 2023, 37,949 by 13 September 2024, and 42,305 by July 2025. Annual accumulation averages near 4,700 miles, reflecting gentle use. No abrupt jumps or missing years appear in the chronology. Previous keepers appear to have maintained statutory testing punctually, though low distance can mask intermittent standing that accelerates rubber perishing. A buyer should still inspect key components in person. The tester recorded no faults, yet age-related wear may lurk below advisory limits. Examine suspension bushes and coil springs for degradation, and assess brake disc wear and caliper movement despite no binding flagged. Survey subframe and sill areas for corrosion, as low mileage combined with possible prolonged standing can encourage rust in hidden sections. Verify tyre condition and wiper blades as consumables.
