2007 Subaru Impreza 1.5L Petrol · AF57 YDW

The Subaru Impreza presents a stable roadworthiness trend based on the most recent test. The June 2024 examination at 135,390 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, matching the clean result from the January 2022 test at 126,416 miles. The vehicle shows no worsening faults, advisories, or recurring mechanical concerns across the available history. Recorded mileage sits at 135,390 against a 2007 build, equating to roughly 7,126 miles per year and reflecting typical use for a nineteen-year-old car. The gap between the two tests spans nearly twenty-nine months, during which the odometer advanced only 8,974 miles, indicating light running rather than neglect. With just two entries on file and both clean, the dataset is sparse but free of warning signs. A buyer should still commission an in-person inspection of structural corrosion on sills, subframes, and suspension mounting points, as the MOT record does not confirm these areas were examined in depth beyond the standard checks. Drivetrain components specific to the Impreza, including the symmetrical four-wheel-drive system and suspension bushes, warrant physical verification given the car's age and standing periods. The absence of advisories on brake discs, coil springs, or exhaust emissions across both tests suggests previous owners kept basic consumables in order. Verify service history to corroborate the clean MOT trail before purchase.
