2010 Bentley Continental 6.0L Petrol · AH10 PPY

The Bentley Continental presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend, evidenced by the most recent DVSA test on 14 August 2025 at 82,892 miles returning a pass with no defects recorded. Across the available history from 2022 to 2025, every completed test resulted in a pass with no advisories or faults noted, indicating consistent mechanical condition over this period. The recorded mileage shows light use for a 16-year-old vehicle, rising from 71,585 miles at the 1 August 2022 test to 82,892 miles by August 2025, an average annual gain of roughly 3,700 miles. The 2022 entry shows a failed test on 1 August 2022 at 71,585 miles with no defects recorded, immediately followed by a pass on the same date at identical mileage, a pattern suggesting an administrative or process anomaly rather than a mechanical fault. Beyond that anomaly, the sparse but clean record shows no rapid accumulation or concerning gaps. A buyer should still commission an independent inspection of suspension bushes, coil springs, brake discs and calipers, given the low annual mileage implies the car may have stood for extended periods, risking perished rubber components and surface corrosion unseen in MOT data. The absence of recorded advisories across four years does not exempt the vehicle from age-related degradation on a 2010 chassis. Verify the 2022 dual-entry anomaly with DVSA to confirm no suppressed defect, then assess exhaust emissions and structural integrity beneath sills and subframes before purchase.
