2020 Audi E-Tron 55 Quattro Electricity · AR04 DEV

The vehicle most recently passed its MOT on 27 August 2026 with no defects or advisories recorded. This indicates a high standard of current roadworthiness and suggests a stable maintenance trend, as the vehicle has entered its seventh year of operation without any immediate mechanical failures or safety concerns identified by the DVSA. With 69,287 miles recorded over approximately six years, the vehicle has averaged roughly 11,548 miles per year. This usage rate is considered typical for a premium executive vehicle of this class. Such consistent mileage suggests the car has been used regularly rather than suffering from the degradation associated with prolonged standing, though it does mean that high-wear consumables are approaching mid-to-late life cycles. Given the clean MOT record, the buyer should focus on age-related wear and the specific requirements of a high-voltage electric drivetrain. Inspect the tyre treads and sidewalls for uneven wear or perishing, as the significant curb weight of the E-tron puts substantial stress on the rubber. Check the brake discs for surface corrosion or pitting, and during the test drive, listen for any binding calipers or shuddering under braking, which can occur in electric vehicles due to reduced friction brake usage via regenerative braking. Verify the service history to ensure calendar-based maintenance has been performed, specifically regarding the coolant for the battery thermal management system and the brake fluid, which degrades regardless of mileage. Examine the 12V auxiliary battery health, as failure in this component often leads to systemic electronic faults in Audi models. Finally, check the suspension bushes and coil springs for any signs of fatigue or leaking dampers, which may not yet be MOT failures but could impact the ride quality expected of a Quattro chassis.
