2015 BMW 435 3.0L Diesel · AW08 JWW

This BMW 435i presents a clean MOT history with no defects recorded across its five most recent tests, spanning from January 2022 to January 2026. The latest inspection on 19 January 2026 at 99,219 miles confirms the vehicle remains structurally sound and mechanically compliant under current DVSA standards. The absence of advisories or failures over this period suggests consistent maintenance in critical areas—brakes, suspension, emissions, and structural integrity—with no signs of deterioration or neglect. The stability of the record implies the car has been serviced according to manufacturer guidelines, though this does not preclude the need for a pre-purchase inspection of wear-prone components. The mileage accumulation of roughly 9,020 miles per year aligns closely with the average for a vehicle of this age, indicating neither excessive use nor prolonged disuse. The steady progression—from 72,383 miles in January 2022 to 99,219 miles in January 2026—shows predictable wear without sudden spikes that might suggest abuse or irregular servicing. Such consistency is typical for a privately owned car used primarily for commuting or occasional longer journeys, rather than fleet or high-mileage operation. Given the lack of MOT advisories, a buyer should still prioritise a thorough pre-purchase inspection, particularly focusing on suspension components such as coil springs, anti-roll bars, and bushings, which may not always trigger MOT failures until advanced wear sets in. The brake system—including calipers, discs, and pads—should be checked for uneven wear or corrosion, even though no binding or leakage was noted in the MOTs. Exhaust emissions and fuel system integrity appear stable, but a visual inspection of the underbody for corrosion or leaks is prudent, especially given the car’s age. Tyre condition and tread depth should also be verified, as these are consumables not covered by MOT but critical for safety.
