2016 Ford Kuga 2.0L Diesel · AX16 AEJ

The vehicle is road‑worthy, having passed its most recent MOT on 12 May 2026 at 99,171 miles with no defects recorded. The absence of recurring failures since the 2019 brake‑disc advisories indicates a stable maintenance trend; no deterioration or new faults have emerged over the past seven years. Mileage has risen from 46,634 miles in May 2019 to 99,171 miles in May 2026, averaging roughly 9,900 miles per annum. This progression aligns with typical usage for a ten‑year‑old compact SUV and shows no abrupt spikes or prolonged idle periods. The record is consistently populated, suggesting regular MOT attendance and likely routine servicing. A prospective buyer should inspect the brake system closely, confirming that all four discs have been resurfaced or replaced since the 2019 wear advisories and that there is no pulsation or uneven wear. Examination of suspension components—bushes, coil springs, and any audible clunks—will verify that no hidden degradation has developed. Visual checks for tyre tread depth, wiper blade condition, and any surface corrosion, particularly around wheel arches and undercarriage, will complete a thorough pre‑purchase assessment.
