2015 Toyota Yaris 1.5L Hybrid electric (clean) · BU65 CYK

This Toyota Yaris presents a stable and clean roadworthiness profile. The most recent MOT on 19 November 2025 at 57,014 miles resulted in a pass with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a consistent pattern of clean passes dating back to January 2023, indicating a vehicle that has been maintained to a standard that consistently meets DVSA requirements without recurring mechanical failures. The mileage is notably low for an eleven year old vehicle, averaging roughly 5,183 miles per year. Between the January 2023 test at 46,130 miles and the November 2025 test at 57,014 miles, the car covered 10,884 miles over nearly three years. This low annual usage suggests the car has seen light duty, though it can sometimes lead to issues with perished rubber components or stagnant fluids if the vehicle spent long periods stationary. The MOT history is exceptionally sparse regarding faults. A failure on 14 November 2024 was resolved the following day at the same mileage of 53,005, though the record lists no specific defects for either entry, suggesting a possible administrative error or a minor rectification. There are no mentions of corrosion, suspension bush wear, or brake disc degradation across the entire recorded history. A buyer should focus their physical inspection on items that low-mileage cars often neglect. Check the condition of the tyre sidewalls for age-related cracking regardless of tread depth and verify the brake pedal feel to ensure the calipers have not seized from inactivity. A check of the service history for oil change intervals is recommended to confirm the engine has been maintained despite the low odometer readings.
