2020 Ford Kuga 2.0L Diesel · CK69 PYZ

The most recent MOT passed in November 2025, though it noted weak windscreen washers and that fitted child seats prevented a full inspection of the adult seatbelts. The vehicle's mileage of 42,506 over approximately six years represents roughly 7,000 miles per year. This is typical for its age and suggests that the wear on mechanical components should be consistent with a standard usage pattern rather than heavy commercial use or extreme under-use. The main recurring pattern in the MOT history relates to tyre condition, with entries in 2023 and 2024 highlighting tyres that were cracking or perishing. While the vehicle has passed every test, the trend appears stable but highlights a pattern of age-related rubber degradation. The mention of thin rear brake pads in 2022 also indicates that consumable items require regular attention. When inspecting the car in person, your priority should be to check the age and condition of all tyres to ensure they are not perishing or cracking, and to verify the current state of the brake pads and discs.
