2019 Honda CR-V 1.5L Petrol · CP08 JUU

The vehicle presents a high standard of roadworthiness with a remarkably stable maintenance history. The most recent MOT test conducted on May 7, 2025 at 69,561 miles resulted in a pass with zero defects, indicating that the vehicle meets all regulatory requirements. This clean record across the last four tests suggests the previous owners maintained a proactive approach, preventing the accumulation of minor mechanical faults or structural degradation. The mileage pattern is consistent with a seven-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 10,000 miles per annum. Between the February 2022 test at 33,387 miles and the March 2024 test at 56,760 miles, the car covered 23,373 miles, showing a steady usage rate. The subsequent interval of 12,801 miles between March 2024 and May 2025 maintains this regular driving habit, which is generally beneficial for preventing issues associated with long periods of standing such as brake seizing. Since the MOT history shows no recurring advisories or failures, a physical inspection should focus on standard consumable wear typical for a Honda with nearly 70,000 miles. Check the condition of the suspension bushes and coil springs for signs of cracking, as these often begin to show age at this mileage. Examine the brake discs for any uneven wear or thinning, though the 2025 test pass did not flag any binding calipers or efficiency issues.
