2022 Vauxhall Corsa Design 1.2L Petrol · CP72 VMG

This Vauxhall Corsa presents an exceptionally clean record of mechanical roadworthiness based on its limited MOT history. The vehicle has undergone two statutory inspections to date, both resulting in a pass with no defects recorded whatsoever. The most recent test, conducted on 2026-09-07, reaffirms this consistent trend, indicating a vehicle that has met all minimum safety and environmental standards without issue since its first test. The recorded mileage of 28,565 miles over approximately four years suggests a consistent and typical usage pattern, averaging around 7,141 miles annually. This indicates regular use without periods of prolonged inactivity or excessively high mileage, which generally contributes to a balanced wear profile across mechanical components. There are no notable gaps in the testing history or sudden increases in mileage that might suggest unusual usage or periods of storage. Given the absence of any recorded defects or advisories, the MOT history for this Corsa is remarkably strong. However, as with any used vehicle purchase, a thorough pre-purchase inspection by an independent mechanic is always advisable to assess components not fully covered by the MOT or to identify early signs of wear that have not yet reached testable defect levels. Pay particular attention to the condition of consumable items such as brake discs and pads, which are subject to wear proportional to mileage and driving style, and check for even tyre wear across all axles. During a test drive, listen for any unusual noises from the suspension over bumps, check for smooth operation of the steering and clutch, and ensure the braking system provides firm and progressive stopping power without judder or pulling to one side. Verify that all electrical systems, including lights, wipers, and infotainment, are fully functional. A visual inspection for any fluid leaks beneath the vehicle and a check of fluid levels under the bonnet would also be prudent.
