2019 Fiat Swift 2.3L Diesel · CU69 WVK

The 2019 Fiat Swift presents a clean roadworthiness status with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 16 October 2025 at 12,519 miles passed with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken run of four consecutive passes since 2022. No advisories or mechanical faults appear anywhere in the DVLA MOT history, indicating the vehicle has been maintained to at least the minimum legal standard throughout its life. The mileage pattern shows exceptionally low use for a seven-year-old vehicle. Recorded distances rose from 3,716 miles at the 1 November 2022 test to 8,221 miles by 31 October 2023, then 9,356 miles on 6 November 2024, reaching 12,519 miles by October 2025. That averages roughly 1,788 miles per year. The largest single-year jump was the 4,505 miles added between November 2022 and October 2023; the remaining years saw under 1,500 miles each. Such low annual coverage suggests long standing periods, though the clean test record gives no evidence of neglect in statutory inspections. A buyer should still commission an in-person inspection of components the MOT does not deeply assess. Low mileage and long storage can allow suspension bushes, coil springs, and brake calipers to degrade through corrosion or seizure rather than wear. Check for binding brakes, perished rubber, and structural rust on the underbody and sills. Given the absence of any recorded advisories across all four tests, previous owners appear to have kept the vehicle to a basic passable standard. Verify service history independently, as MOT passes alone confirm legal roadworthiness, not full mechanical condition or lubrication intervals.
