2010 Suzuki Swift 1.2L Petrol · CX60 WHJ

The Suzuki Swift presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 28 August 2025 at 57,797 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken sequence of clean results across the available history. The recorded mileage shows light, consistent use for a 16-year-old vehicle. Annual tests from 2 September 2021 at 41,640 miles through to 28 August 2025 at 57,797 miles reveal a steady accumulation of roughly 3,600 to 4,200 miles per year, with no gaps or sudden jumps. The DVSA record contains no advisories or failures across this five-year span, indicating the previous keeper maintained the car to a basic pass standard without deferred consumable neglect showing up in the data. A buyer should still commission a physical inspection beneath the sills, subframe, and suspension mounting points, as the MOT record does not capture structural corrosion developing between tests on a vehicle of this age. The absence of flagged brake discs, coil springs, or suspension bushes across the history suggests no recurring mechanical fault, but low annual mileage often masks seized calipers or flat-spotted tyres from long standing periods. Verify the condition of rubber components and underseal before purchase.
