2022 Vauxhall Combo-E 2300 Dynamic Electric · D22 RUG

The vehicle currently lacks an official MOT history, which is consistent with its status as a 2022 model. In the United Kingdom, new passenger and light commercial vehicles are exempt from their first statutory test until they reach three years of age. As of August 2026, this vehicle has reached the threshold where it requires its initial inspection to confirm its roadworthiness. The absence of historical test data provides no evidence of recurring mechanical faults, yet it also means there is no documented record of how the vehicle has performed under professional scrutiny since it left the factory. The mileage remains unverified due to the lack of recorded test data, preventing a precise assessment of the vehicle's usage intensity. Without historical odometer readings from annual tests, it is impossible to determine if the vehicle has been subjected to high-mileage commercial operation or light private use. A buyer should cross-reference the current odometer reading against the original service book or digital manufacturer records to establish a baseline for wear and tear. Discrepancies between the indicated mileage and the general condition of the driver seat, pedal rubbers, and steering wheel leather should be treated as a primary indicator of the vehicle's true life cycle. Since this vehicle is entering its first cycle of mandatory testing, a physical inspection must focus on the components that typically fail during the first three years of service. Prioritize a thorough check of the tyres for uneven wear patterns, as heavy loads often accelerate degradation on commercial chassis. Inspect the brake discs for signs of surface corrosion or pitting, which can occur if the vehicle has sat idle for extended periods. Verify the structural integrity of the underside and ensure that all suspension components, including bushes and coil springs, remain free from premature fatigue. Confirm that the emissions control systems are functioning correctly, as these are frequently the first complex systems to trigger a warning light on modern electric or diesel-hybrid powertrains.
