1987 Porsche 924 2.5L Petrol · D697 ELH

The 1987 Porsche 924 presents a stable roadworthiness status with no recorded defects across its three most recent MOT tests. The June 2025 test at 39,870 miles passed clean, following passes in June 2024 at 39,073 miles and May 2023 at 38,357 miles. The maintenance trend is steady with no worsening or recurring advisory issues flagged by testers over this period. The mileage pattern confirms very light use for a 39 year old vehicle. The car covered only 797 miles between May 2023 and June 2024, then 797 miles again to June 2025, averaging roughly 1,022 miles per year overall. No gaps or sudden accumulation appear in the supplied record, and the clean test history gives no cause to suspect deferred consumable replacement was caught late. A buyer should still inspect structural corrosion on the chassis and suspension mounting points given the car's age and likely periods of standing. Check the condition of rubber suspension bushes, brake hoses, and tyres for perishing from low mileage storage rather than wear. The drivetrain and brake discs may show surface rust after limited use, so a physical inspection of the underbody and braking components remains prudent despite the clean MOT trail.
