2016 BMW M140 3.0L Petrol · DGZ 9807

The vehicle presents a clean roadworthiness profile based on the most recent inspection. In the 7 November 2025 test at 48,868 miles, the car passed the MOT with no defects or advisories recorded. This indicates a stable maintenance trend where the vehicle has been maintained to a standard that avoids immediate mechanical or structural failure during the annual testing process. At 48,868 miles, this 2016 model has covered a low average of approximately 4,887 miles per year. This low usage suggests limited-distance travel, which typically results in less wear on high-stress components like the drivetrain and suspension bushings. The data provided is sparse, but the lack of historical advisories suggests that the vehicle has not been subjected to high-mileage stresses that would typically trigger premature component degradation. Because the MOT history shows no recurring faults, a physical inspection should focus on components susceptible to low-mileage spoilage. Inspect the rubber-based elements, such as suspension bushes and tyre sidewalls for signs of cracking or drying which occur when a car sits. The buyer should also check the brake discs for surface corrosion or pitting, as infrequently-used vehicles can suffer from oxidation on the rotors. Despite the clean record, a thorough check of fluid levels and oil leaks remains necessary to ensure the low mileage has not resulted in neglected seal degradation.
