2013 Vauxhall Corsa 1.2L Petrol · DV13 AAY

This Vauxhall Corsa presents a stable and exceptionally clean roadworthiness profile. The most recent MOT on 6 May 2025 at 66,286 miles resulted in a pass with no defects recorded. This follows a consistent four-year trend of clean passes without a single advisory or failure, indicating a vehicle that has been maintained to a high standard or has experienced very light duty. The mileage is notably low for a 2013 model, averaging roughly 5,099 miles per year. The accumulation has remained steady over the last five years, growing from 49,004 miles in May 2021 to 66,286 miles by May 2025. There are no erratic jumps in mileage or suspicious gaps in the testing cycle, suggesting regular, light usage rather than long periods of stagnation. Despite the absence of flagged defects, a buyer should still verify the condition of rubber components. Low-mileage vehicles often suffer from perishing seals, cracked suspension bushes, or glazed brake discs due to lack of heat cycles. Check for any signs of corrosion on the chassis and sills, as surface rust can develop regardless of mileage if the car was stored in a damp environment. Verify the date of the last oil change and timing belt replacement if applicable. The MOT record confirms the car is mechanically sound according to DVSA standards, but it does not track internal service intervals. A physical inspection should focus on tyre age and battery health to ensure the car has not sat idle for extended periods between its annual tests.
