2023 Aston Martin DBX V8 Auto 4.0L Petrol · EJ72 BGY

A clean record of roadworthiness defines this vehicle, as evidenced by the pass achieved on 2025-12-22 with no defects or advisories recorded. This indicates that the vehicle met all DVSA safety and emissions standards at the time of testing, maintaining a stable trend of compliance since its initial registration. The recorded mileage of 39,765 miles is high for a vehicle of this age, representing an annual accumulation of approximately 13,255 miles. This level of usage suggests a higher rate of wear on primary consumables and chassis components than is typical for this model, potentially shortening the service life of items such as brake pads, discs, and suspension linkages. During a physical inspection and test drive, attention should be directed toward the braking system and suspension, given the mileage. Listen for any knocks or clunks over uneven surfaces which could indicate wear in the suspension bushings or control arms. Any vibration or judder through the brake pedal during deceleration should be noted as a potential sign of disc wear or warping. The drivetrain and transmission should be evaluated for smoothness under load. Ensure there is no hesitation or harshness during gear changes, and check for any unusual vibrations through the chassis at motorway speeds. Given the high mileage, a thorough check for oil misting or leaks around the engine bay and transmission housing is advisable to ensure the integrity of the seals.
