2010 Vauxhall Vivaro 1.9L Diesel · FH60 VHW

The vehicle currently presents a stable roadworthiness profile based on the available MOT data. The most recent test on 15 October 2025 at 194,202 miles resulted in a pass with no defects recorded. This follows a consistent pattern of passing tests over the last three years without any listed advisories or mechanical failures, suggesting a vehicle that is being maintained to a functional standard. The mileage is high for a 2010 model, averaging roughly 12,138 miles per year. Between 12 October 2023 and 15 October 2025, the odometer rose from 177,142 to 194,202 miles, confirming a steady usage rate of approximately 8,500 miles per annum in the most recent period. The lack of recorded defects across these 17,000 miles indicates the drivetrain and chassis are coping with the high mileage. Despite the clean MOT record, the high mileage and age of this Vivaro necessitate a physical inspection of common wear points. A buyer should specifically check for corrosion on the chassis and sills, as the DVSA record does not always capture early-stage surface rust. The suspension bushes, coil springs, and shock absorbers should be examined for fatigue, given the total distance covered. The absence of brake or tyre advisories in the history is positive, but the buyer must verify the remaining thickness of the brake discs and pads. Checking for oil leaks around the engine and gearbox is also essential, as high-mileage diesel vans often develop seal failures that do not necessarily trigger an MOT failure until they become severe.
