2014 Audi A1 1.6L Diesel · FL14 SNZ

The 2014 Audi A1 presents as roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on 1 April 2026 at 71,895 miles returned a pass with no defects recorded, continuing an unbroken sequence of clean MOT outcomes across the available history. Mileage sits low for a twelve-year-old vehicle at 71,895 recorded miles, averaging roughly 5,991 miles per year. The DVSA entries show steady, light use: 55,089 miles in February 2022, 60,162 in March 2023, 66,215 in February 2024, 68,039 in April 2025, and 71,895 in April 2026. No gaps or sudden accumulation appear; the record is sparse on advisories but consistently clean, suggesting the car saw gentle annual coverage rather than neglect or hard driving. A buyer should still commission an independent inspection of suspension bushes, coil springs, and brake discs given the low mileage and likely periods of standing, which can allow corrosion or seized components to develop unseen. The absence of flagged structural integrity or exhaust emissions failures is reassuring, yet no tester advisories mean wear items like tyres and wiper blades were within limits on test days only. Verify underbody condition and brake caliper freedom in person before purchase. The history implies a careful previous owner, but low-use Audis of this era can hide perished rubbers and surface rust that a pass certificate will not expose.
