2023 Honda Jazz 1.3L Petrol · HD62 POJ

The vehicle presents a high level of roadworthiness with a remarkably stable maintenance trend. The most recent MOT test conducted on 27 September 2025 at 39,615 miles passed with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a clean result from 26 October 2024, indicating that the car has maintained its mechanical integrity across consecutive inspections without failure. The mileage profile is exceptionally low for a fourteen-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 2,830 miles per year. Between the October 2024 and September 2025 tests, the car covered 8,547 miles, which represents a recent spike compared to the historical average. While low mileage generally reduces wear on the drivetrain and braking system, the long gaps between tests may suggest periods of standing which can sometimes lead to the degradation of rubber-based components, such as suspension bushes, coil springs, and engine seals. Given the lack of recorded faults in the history, a physical inspection should focus on signs of age-related decay rather than mechanical wear. A buyer must check for cracking on tyre sidewalls and flat spots resulting from low-mileage usage patterns. The brake discs should be examined for surface corrosion or pitting if the vehicle has sat stationary for extended periods. Additionally, the underbody should be inspected for structural rust on the sills and arches, as low mileage does not protect a chassis from environmental corrosion over a decade.
