2018 Audi A3 1.5L Petrol · JP07 AUD

The 2018 Audi A3 presents a clean roadworthiness status. The most recent test on 9 October 2025 at 76,023 miles passed with no defects recorded, and the maintenance trend is stable across all five annual examinations. No advisories or failures appear in the DVSA history, indicating the vehicle has met statutory standards consistently since its early life. Recorded mileage shows a typical accumulation pattern for an eight-year-old car. The tester logged 34,600 miles on 11 February 2022, rising to 48,158 by 3 February 2023, then 62,765 on 24 January 2024 and 66,906 on 28 October 2024. The final entry of 76,023 on 9 October 2025 gives an average of roughly 9,500 miles per year. The history is sparse in volume but entirely clean, with no gaps exceeding thirteen months between tests. A buyer should still commission an independent physical inspection despite the unblemished record. The absence of advisories means suspension bushes, coil springs, brake discs, and structural corrosion were not flagged, yet MOT passes do not confirm component remaining life. Examine the front and rear brake calipers for free movement and measure disc wear, as these items degrade with age even without test defects. Check underneath for early corrosion on subframes and sills, and verify the condition of tyres and wiper blades which fall outside MOT failure only at extremes. The clean test lineage suggests prior owners kept basic upkeep current, but the lack of recorded faults offers no insight into consumable replacement intervals beyond the statutory minimum.
