2017 Toyota Voxy 1.8L Hybrid electric (clean) · LX66 EYR

The 2017 Toyota Voxy is currently roadworthy, with the most recent MOT on 2025-05-19 confirming no defects at 73,549 miles. The maintenance trend remains stable, as prior tests in 2024-06-08 (45,304 miles) and 2024-03-15 (45,120 miles) also showed no issues. This consistency suggests the vehicle has been maintained to a standard meeting legal requirements, with no emerging mechanical or structural concerns flagged in the recorded tests. The mileage pattern reflects typical usage for a nine-year-old vehicle, averaging 8,172 miles annually. However, a notable gap exists between the 2024 tests, where mileage decreased slightly from 45,304 to 45,120 miles, potentially indicating an error or retest. A significant increase then occurred, with the car accumulating 28,429 miles in 11 months to reach 73,549 miles by 2025. This rapid accumulation may accelerate wear on components like suspension bushes, brake discs, and exhaust emissions systems, warranting closer scrutiny during a physical inspection. A buyer should prioritize checking the suspension for worn coil springs or binding calipers, as these can degrade under high mileage. Corrosion in underbody panels and exhaust system integrity are also critical, given the vehicle’s age. While the MOT records show no advisories, the jump in mileage since 2024 suggests potential hidden wear. Inspecting brake pedal feel, steering alignment, and tyre tread depth would provide further assurance of the vehicle’s ongoing reliability.
