2019 Ford Fiesta 1.5L Petrol · PO68 SYZ

The vehicle maintains a high standard of roadworthiness with a consistent history of clean MOT passes. The most recent test conducted on January 16, 2026 at 26,160 miles returned no defects or advisories, indicating a stable maintenance trend. This streak of perfect results suggests that the vehicle has been well-maintained and has not suffered from recurring mechanical or structural failures over the last five years. The mileage profile is exceptionally low for a seven-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 3,737 miles per year. This is significantly below the national average. Between the December 2021 test at 10,152 miles and the January 2026 test at 26,160 miles, the car covered 16,008 miles. While this low usage suggests minimal wear on the drivetrain and engine components, the long intervals between tests indicate the car may have sat for extended periods, which can sometimes lead to dry rot in rubber components or minor surface corrosion on brake discs. Given the clean record, a physical inspection should focus on items often affected by low-mileage vehicles. Check the tyres for flat spotting or sidewall cracking caused by age rather than tread depth. Examine the brake system for heavy pitting or seized calipers, as infrequent use can prevent components from moving freely. You should also inspect the suspension bushes and rubber boots for signs of cracking, as the age of the materials can degrade them regardless of the low mileage recorded.
