2019 Volkswagen Tiguan Match TSI EVO S-A 1.5L Petrol · R888 ABH

The vehicle maintains an exemplary roadworthiness record, characterized by a consistent trend of clean passes without a single recorded defect or advisory. The most recent inspection on 17 September 2025 at 66,146 miles confirms the mechanical systems met all statutory standards. This history suggests a high level of preventative maintenance and diligent ownership, as the car has cleared four consecutive annual examinations without any flagged failures or mechanical warnings. The recorded mileage of 66,146 miles over seven years aligns with typical usage patterns for this class of vehicle, averaging approximately 9,449 miles per annum. The accumulation remains steady throughout the documented period, showing no evidence of long-term storage or erratic heavy-duty usage. The progression from 38,490 miles in October 2022 to the current figure indicates regular, consistent operation rather than periods of neglect or extreme high-mileage cycles that often accelerate component fatigue. Prospective buyers should focus their physical inspection on the condition of consumable items not captured by the MOT test, specifically the remaining depth of the brake pads and the structural integrity of the tyres. While the MOT history is flawless, the Tiguan platform relies heavily on electronic parking brake systems and complex suspension bushings that warrant a tactile check during a test drive. Inspect the underside for any early signs of surface corrosion on the subframes and check the engine bay for fluid leaks, as the clean MOT record confirms the vehicle is currently compliant but does not replace a physical assessment of wear-and-tear components.
