2007 Toyota Aygo 1.0L Petrol · RK07 OSY

This Toyota Aygo is currently roadworthy with a stable maintenance trend. The most recent MOT on 21 February 2026 at 75,610 miles resulted in a pass with no defects recorded. The absence of any advisories or failures across the last three years indicates a vehicle that is being kept in a condition that meets minimum legal standards without recurring mechanical issues. The mileage is exceptionally low for a 19 year old vehicle, averaging under 4,000 miles per year. There was a significant increase in usage between March 2024 and March 2025, where the odometer rose from 53,973 to 64,918 miles. A further 10,692 miles were added between March 2025 and February 2026. This shift suggests the car has moved from light occasional use to a more regular commuting pattern. The MOT record is unusually clean, showing no flagged defects for brakes, suspension, or exhaust emissions over several years. While the data suggests a well-maintained car, the low overall mileage and age make it necessary to check for signs of deterioration caused by standing. A physical inspection should focus on the structural integrity of the chassis and sills for corrosion, as well as the condition of rubber components like suspension bushes and tyre sidewalls which can perish regardless of mileage. The buyer should verify the service history to ensure oil changes occurred regularly despite the low mileage. Because the DVSA record shows no failures or advisories, the primary risk is not a pattern of neglect but rather the natural age of the components. Checking for brake disc corrosion or sticking calipers is advised given the vehicle's history of low annual usage.
