2019 MINI Cooper S 2.0L Petrol · RO03 SWX

A consistent record of roadworthiness defines this vehicle, with four consecutive MOT passes and a history largely free of defects. This stability is reflected in the latest test on 3 November 2025, which resulted in a pass, although it introduced the first recorded advisories since the vehicle's initial testing cycle began. The recorded mileage of 61,362 miles represents an average annual accumulation of approximately 8,766 miles, which is typical for a vehicle of this age. This usage pattern suggests a steady application of the drivetrain and chassis components without the extreme wear associated with high-mileage commuting or the degradation risks often linked to prolonged periods of inactivity. Attention should be directed toward the nearside rear tyre, which was noted as worn close to the legal limit at 3.00mm during the November 2025 inspection. A physical inspection of all four tyres is necessary to ensure tread depth is consistent and that there is no uneven wear across the contact patch, as the specific mention of wear on the edge can be a symptom of alignment issues. A test drive should specifically focus on the vehicle's tracking and stability to determine if the edge wear on the nearside rear tyre is indicative of a wider alignment or suspension geometry issue. The driver should listen for any unusual noises from the rear axle area and feel for any steering drift that would necessitate a professional four-wheel alignment check.
