2010 Honda Jazz 1.2L Petrol · ROY 235T

This vehicle presents an exceptionally stable maintenance trend with a clean bill of health. The most recent MOT test on 19 May 2025 at 64,366 miles resulted in a pass with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a consistent pattern of clean passes dating back to May 2021, indicating a vehicle that has been kept in a roadworthy state without recurring mechanical failures. The mileage is very low for a 2010 model, averaging roughly 4,023 miles per year. The accumulation has remained steady and modest over the last five years, growing from 54,114 miles in May 2021 to 64,366 miles by May 2025. There are no erratic jumps in mileage or suspicious gaps in the testing history that would suggest undocumented heavy use or prolonged periods of abandonment. Despite the clean MOT record, the low annual mileage and the vehicle's age necessitate a specific physical inspection. Low-use cars often suffer from perished rubber components, such as suspension bushes and tyre sidewalls, which may not have reached a failure threshold during a test but could be nearing the end of their service life. A buyer should check for signs of brake disc corrosion or binding calipers, as infrequent use can lead to surface rust and seized components. The absence of any structural corrosion or exhaust emissions failures across five years of testing is a positive indicator of the car's overall integrity. Focus the physical appraisal on fluid condition and battery health to ensure the vehicle has not suffered from the typical pitfalls of low-mileage ownership.
