2007 Bentley Continental 6.0L Petrol · RX56 CXJ

The vehicle presents a remarkably stable roadworthiness profile, evidenced by a clean MOT history across the last five years. The most recent test conducted on 17 March 2026 at 53,887 miles returned no defects or advisories. This consistent pass rate suggests the vehicle has been maintained to a high standard and does not suffer from recurring mechanical failures or structural degradation typically seen in cars of this age. The mileage profile is exceptionally low for a nineteen-year-old Bentley, averaging approximately 2,836 miles per year. Between October 2022 and October 2023, the car covered just 3,194 miles, while the interval between October 2024 and March 2026 saw an increase of only 1,485 miles. While this low usage limits the wear on the drivetrain, engine components, and brake assemblies, the infrequent nature of travel often indicates long periods of standing, which can lead to the degradation of rubber-based components and fluid seals. Despite the clean digital history, a physical inspection must focus on specific areas common to low-mileage, high-age luxury grand tourers. The air suspension system requires thorough scrutiny for leaks or compressor fatigue, as static vehicles often cause seals to dry out. A buyer should also inspect the tyres for sidew cracking despite adequate tread depth and verify that brake calipers have not seized due to lack of use. Checking the structural integrity of the chassis for corrosion remains essential, as the lack of high mileage does not prevent environmental rust over nearly two decades.
