2015 Fiat Ducato 2.3L Diesel · RX65 BAA

The vehicle presents a high level of roadworthiness, evidenced by a consistently stable maintenance trend. The most recent test on July 2, 2025 at 43,165 miles passed with no recorded defects or advisories. This streak of clean results across the last five annual inspections suggests the vehicle has remained well-maintained and has not suffered from the mechanical degradation typically seen in commercial vehicles of this age. The mileage pattern is exceptionally low for an eleven-year-old van, averaging approximately 3,900 miles per year. Between August 2021 at 26,026 miles and July 2025 at 43,165 miles, the vehicle covered only 17,139 miles. While low mileage generally indicates less wear on the drivetrain and engine components, the long intervals between periods of use can sometimes lead to the drying of rubber-based components or the seizing of fluids and seals, which are not always captured in a standard MOT. Because the MOT history shows no recurring mechanical faults, a buyer should focus their physical inspection on areas common to low-mileage vehicles. Check the tyres for sidewall cracking or flat spotting, as they perish from age rather than tread wear. Examine the undercarriage for early-stage corrosion or perished suspension bushes, as infrequent use can cause these materials to become brittle. Additionally, verify the brake discs for surface pitting or rust, which often occurs when a vehicle sits for extended periods between tests.
