2011 GAS GAS TX 125 Randonne 0.1L Petrol · SY61 BEJ

The vehicle’s most recent MOT on 2025-11-07 at 2,944 miles showed no defects, indicating a stable roadworthiness trend. Previous tests from 2024-11-08 and 2023-04-21 also passed without issues, though a duplicate entry for 2023-04-21 notes a failure with no defects recorded. This suggests either a data inconsistency or a minor administrative error. Overall, the maintenance history shows no recurring mechanical failures, and the vehicle has met legal standards consistently. The recorded mileage of 2,944 miles over 15 years equates to approximately 196 miles annually, which is exceptionally low. This pattern implies minimal usage or prolonged periods of inactivity, raising concerns about potential corrosion, fluid degradation, or component stiffness. The MOT records lack detailed defect descriptions, but the sparse data does not reveal any structural or mechanical risks. However, the absence of recorded issues does not guarantee the vehicle’s condition, as low mileage can mask hidden deterioration. A buyer should conduct a thorough inspection of the chassis for rust, particularly in the frame and underbody, given the low usage and age. Suspension components, including bushes and coil springs, should be checked for dry rot or cracking. The braking system, exhaust, and engine mounts merit scrutiny, as prolonged inactivity may affect their functionality. While the MOT history shows no critical failures, the vehicle’s age and mileage suggest a need for a professional pre-purchase check to confirm its mechanical integrity.
