2011 Vauxhall Vivaro 2.0L Diesel · VO11 AFV

This vehicle presents as mechanically stable with a consistent record of roadworthiness. The most recent MOT on 20 February 2025 at 106,713 miles resulted in a clean pass with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a pattern of clean passes dating back to February 2021, suggesting a vehicle that has been maintained to a standard that consistently meets minimum legal requirements without recurring mechanical failures. The mileage is typical for a 15 year old commercial vehicle, averaging roughly 7,114 miles per year. Usage has remained steady over the last five years, growing from 96,251 miles in February 2021 to 106,713 miles in February 2025. There are no erratic jumps in mileage or prolonged periods of inactivity that would suggest neglect or hidden deterioration. The failure on 18 April 2023 was resolved on the same day, and the lack of recorded defects during that event suggests a minor administrative or easily rectified issue. Despite the clean MOT history, a buyer should conduct a physical inspection of the chassis and underbody for corrosion. The DVSA tests focus on safety-critical failures but often overlook surface rust or slow degradation of suspension bushes and coil springs that have not yet reached a failure threshold. Given the age of this Vivaro, checking for oil leaks around the engine and gearbox is prudent. Inspect the brake discs and pads for wear, as the absence of advisories does not guarantee they are not nearing the end of their service life. Verify the condition of the tyres and the health of the battery, as these consumables are frequently replaced between tests and would not appear in a clean MOT record.
