2015 Aston Martin Vantage 5.9L Petrol · VO12 AML

The vehicle presents a highly stable maintenance profile with a clean MOT history spanning the last eight years. The most recent test on 24 July 2026 at 8,926 miles resulted in a pass with no defects or advisories recorded. This follows a consistent pattern of successful inspections dating back to the 2018 test at 5,562 miles, where the vehicle has consistently met all regulatory standards without a single recorded failure or advisory. The mileage accumulation is exceptionally low for an 11-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 811 miles per year. The records show very incremental increases, such as the 119-mile rise between the August 2025 test at 8,768 miles and the July 2026 test at 8,926 miles. While this low usage suggests minimal mechanical wear on the drivetrain and braking systems, such infrequent operation often leads to secondary issues related to vehicles being left stationary for extended periods. A prospective buyer should focus their physical inspection on components typically affected by long-term inactivity rather than high-mileage wear. This includes checking for perished rubber components like suspension bushes, engine mounts, and tyre sidewalls which can crack from age rather than tread wear. The absence of any recorded advisories for brake binding or corrosion is positive, yet the tester should manually inspect the brake discs for surface pitting and ensure the braking system remains free of moisture-induced seized calipers. Given the extremely low mileage, the service history should be cross-referenced with the MOT data to ensure that oil changes and fluid flushes have occurred on a time-basis rather than a mileage-basis. Checking the condition of the battery and the integrity of the fuel system would also be prudent, as these are the primary areas of concern for low-use performance vehicles.
