2016 MINI Cooper 1.5L Diesel · WF66 FHE

The vehicle presents a high level of roadworthiness with a stable and consistent maintenance trend. The most recent test conducted on 23 September 2025 at 51,912 miles passed with no defects or advisories recorded. This reflects a clean history across the last five years of testing, suggesting that the previous owners have maintained the car to a high standard and that it has not suffered from recurring mechanical failures or structural degradation. The mileage pattern is notably low for a ten-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 5,191 miles per year. Between September 2021 and September 2025, the car covered 26,721 miles, showing a slight increase in usage compared to the earlier period where it covered only 4,510 miles in the year between the 2021 and 2022 tests. This consistent, low-level annual mileage generally implies less wear on the drivetrain and engine components, though it can sometimes lead to dry seals if the vehicle has sat stationary for extended periods. While the MOT record is devoid of recorded faults, a physical inspection should focus on components susceptible to low-mileage use. The buyer should check the rubber bushes, suspension mounts, and tyre sidewalls for cracking or perish which occurs due to age regardless of distance. It is also prudent to inspect the brake discs for surface corrosion or pitting, as infrequent use can lead to uneven wear on the braking system. Given the clean history, the structural integrity appears sound, but a standard check of the underbody for any emerging corrosion remains necessary for a vehicle of this age.
