2016 Toyota Aygo 1.0L Petrol · WL65 DVP

The March 2026 MOT at 89,210 miles confirms the 2016 Toyota Aygo remains roadworthy, with no defects recorded. The test outcome reflects a stable maintenance trend, as each preceding inspection from September 2022 through March 2026 has also yielded a pass with zero failures. The mileage record shows a steady increase of roughly 8,000 to 14,000 miles per year, reflecting typical usage for a ten‑year‑old vehicle; the interval between the September 2022 test (51,646 miles) and the October 2023 test (63,684 miles) spans just over a year, while the September 2024 test (77,997 miles) follows a similar annual increment, indicating consistent annual mileage accumulation without abrupt spikes. A buyer should therefore inspect the suspension bushes and coil springs for wear, examine the condition of the brake discs and calipers for scoring or binding, and look for any signs of rust on the chassis, exhaust system, and structural members, as these components are prone to deterioration over the vehicle’s age and mileage. Although the MOT history lists no failures, a physical inspection of tyre tread depth, wiper blade condition, and the integrity of the steering linkage will verify that routine consumable wear has been managed, ensuring the vehicle’s continued reliability.
