2011 Mitsubishi L200 2.5L Diesel · WV11 ABU

The vehicle presents a high level of apparent roadworthiness, evidenced by five consecutive clean MOT passes. The most recent test on 14 February 2026 at 141,079 miles resulted in no defects or advisories. This streak indicates a stable maintenance trend where the previous owners have proactively addressed any mechanical or safety issues before they could result in a failure or a recorded advisory on the certificate. The mileage pattern is remarkably consistent for a 15-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 9,400 miles per year. Between September 2021 and February 2026, the vehicle covered 23,252 miles, showing consistent annual increments of roughly 5,000 to 10,000 miles with only a slight gap in the 2022 testing cycle. This steady usage suggests regular operation rather than long periods of standing, which often leads to seal degradation and fluid spoilage in older diesel-driven pickups. While the digital record is flawless, a buyer must still perform a physical inspection of common wear points for a Mitsubishi L200 of this era. Focus the inspection on the chassis for structural corrosion, particularly around the rear members and rear suspension mounting points, which are prone to surface rust over time. Check the suspension bushes and coil springs for signs of perished rubber, as the MOT does not always catch minor play in these components unless they present an immediate safety risk.
