The June 2 2023 MOT at 2,594 miles recorded a pass with no defects, confirming current roadworthiness and indicating a stable maintenance record; the earlier January 21 2022 test at 2,512 miles also showed no defects. The vehicle, a 2006 Suzuki VZ 800 K6, has accumulated only 2,594 miles over 20 years, averaging about 130 miles per year, and the 82‑mile increase between the 2022 and 2023 tests shows minimal usage since the previous inspection. A buyer should therefore examine the suspension bushes, coil springs, brake discs and calipers for signs of binding or corrosion, and inspect the chassis and underbody for structural rust, as low mileage does not guarantee the absence of age‑related wear. The lack of recorded defects in the recent test suggests adequate previous care, but a thorough visual and functional check of the exhaust, steering linkage, and tyre tread remains essential before final purchase.
