The vehicle currently holds a roadworthy status following a successful MOT test on 17 December 2025. The maintenance history shows a highly volatile trend where the car failed the test on the same day it subsequently passed without any recorded defects. This suggests a specific mechanical or safety issue was rectified immediately prior to retest rather than representing a pattern of ongoing neglect. The most recent result indicates the vehicle met all minimum legal requirements for road use. Data regarding mileage accumulation is insufficient to perform a meaningful analysis of vehicle usage. Without recorded mileage figures linked to the test dates, it is impossible to determine if the car has undergone high-frequency travel or has sat stationary for extended periods. This lack of comparative data prevents an assessment of wear and tear on components such as the timing belt or suspension bushings relative to the vehicle's eight year age. A buyer must conduct a thorough physical inspection to identify the component that caused the initial failure during the December 2025 test. Since the record does not specify the technical reason for the failure, it is vital to check the brake system, exhaust emissions, and overall structural integrity to ensure the repairs were comprehensive. Pay close attention to any signs of fresh corrosion on the chassis or uneven tyre wear, as these factors often mask underlying mechanical issues that a standard MOT test might not capture.
