2018 SEAT Ateca Xcellence TDI 4DRIVE 2.0L Heavy oil · YW67 AAV

The vehicle presents a stable roadworthiness profile based on the available DVSA data. The most recent test conducted on 20 June 2023 at 44,504 miles passed with no recorded defects or advisories. This result indicates a consistent maintenance standard where the previous owner successfully ensured the vehicle met all legal requirements without triggering any mechanical or structural failures during the inspection period. The mileage pattern is notably low for an eight-year-old vehicle, averaging approximately 5,563 miles per annum. Between the June 2022 test at 33,906 miles and the June 2023 test at 44,504 miles, the car covered 10,598 miles. This rate of use suggests lighter wear on the four drive drivetrain and suspension components, though low-mileage can sometimes lead to degradation of rubber seals and brake components if the vehicle has sat stationary for extended periods. While the digital record shows no recurring faults, a buyer should perform a physical inspection focusing on components susceptible to low-mileage use. Check the tyres for flat spotting or sidewall cracking, as age affects rubber more than mileage in these instances. Given the 4Drive configuration, inspect the undercarriage for any fluid leaks from the differentials or suspension bushes that may have perished prematurely due to age. Ensure the brake discs are free of excessive surface corrosion, which often occurs on vehicles that are not driven frequently.
