YY12 ASV MOT History

Vehicle record last updated: 14 Oct 2026, 19:41

MOT Analysis

Interpretation generated from the recorded test data above — not an official DVSA statement and not a substitute for an independent inspection.

15 MOT tests are recorded for this 2012 Vauxhall Zafira (YY12 ASV) between March 2015 and March 2024.

The record contains 10 passes and 5 failures.

The most recent test on 26 March 2024 was a pass, although the earlier record includes 5 failures that buyers may want to investigate.

Across all tests, the most frequently flagged areas are: Exhaust & Emissions (6 issues), Brakes (3 issues), Tyres (2 issues), Windscreen (1 issue). Repeated mentions in one area can indicate an ongoing pattern worth checking in person.

In total 12 advisory notices are recorded. Advisories flag items that passed but may need attention before the next test; they are not evidence of how well the vehicle has been serviced.

Recorded failure items include: “Central Front Engine MIL inoperative or indicates a malfunction (8.2.1.2 (h))”; “Nearside Rear Brake disc significantly and obviously worn (1.1.14 (a) (i))”; “Exhaust carbon monoxide content after 2nd fast idle exceeds default limits (8.2.1.2 (b))”.
