2015 Porsche Boxster 3.4L Petrol · P900 AHM

The vehicle maintains a high standard of roadworthiness, evidenced by a consistent history of clean passes. The most recent inspection on 22 July 2025 at 32,095 miles resulted in no defects or advisories, indicating a stable maintenance trend over the last five years. This performance suggests the vehicle has been well-maintained without the mechanical or structural failures typically flagged during DVSA testing. The mileage profile is exceptionally low for a decade-old Porsche, averaging approximately 3,200 miles per year. Between August 2021 and August 2022, the car covered only 1,300 miles, suggesting long periods of stationary storage. A more significant increase in usage occurred between July 2024 and July 2025, where the vehicle clocked 8,139 miles in a 12-month period. While the low mileage generally reduces wear on the drivetrain and engine components, it increases the risk of component degradation due to age rather than mechanical fatigue. Because the MOT record shows no recurring faults, an inspection should focus on areas specific to low-mileage vehicles. Dry rubber components such as suspension bushes, seals, and tyre sidewalls require checking for cracking or perish rot from infrequent use. The brake system should be examined for surface corrosion or seized calipers which often occur when cars sit for extended periods. Additionally, the buyer should verify fluid integrity, particularly oil and coolant, as these degrade over time regardless of the distance recorded.
