2012 Iveco Daily 3.0L Diesel · PX12 AZJ

The 2012 IVECO DAILY is currently roadworthy, with the most recent MOT on 2025-11-17 confirming no defects at 115,631 miles. The maintenance trend shows stability, as the vehicle has no recorded issues in its MOT history. The absence of advisories or failures in the latest test suggests the previous owner maintained the vehicle to a standard compliant with UK regulations. However, the lack of historical MOT data prior to 2025 raises questions about potential unrecorded issues or maintenance gaps. The vehicle’s mileage of 115,631 miles over 14 years equates to approximately 8,259 miles annually, aligning with typical usage for its age. The MOT record provides no evidence of rapid mileage accumulation or extended periods of inactivity, which might otherwise indicate wear on components like suspension bushes or battery life. The single MOT entry, however, offers limited insight into long-term maintenance patterns. Buyers should verify if the vehicle has undergone regular servicing and check for any unrecorded repairs or modifications. A buyer should prioritise inspecting the suspension system for worn coil springs or degraded shock absorbers, as these are common wear items in older vans. The braking system, including disc corrosion and caliper binding, warrants close examination, even though no issues were flagged. Structural integrity, particularly underbody rust or chassis corrosion, is critical given the vehicle’s age. While the MOT confirms compliance, the sparse record underscores the need for a thorough pre-purchase inspection to validate the vehicle’s condition beyond official test results.
